I called and first spoke to Chris, I believe. This guy seemed thrilled to answer the phone and was respectful, informative and rather light hearted and reassuring. From the moment I called, that set the tone of how relieved I was to have them come out. These guys were more than accommodating! We have had MJB do our bi-annual maintenance the last couple of years, and they are always knowledgeable and helpful. This go around we have been having issues with humidity, and Brandon, was extremely helpful with troubleshooting and giving recommendations on how to solve the issue.
