micheal is a rip off, charged $130.00 for a 20 min. service call for a dirty filter. seems unfair and acts like you are made of money to give him. i do not recommend them. also put my heater in upside down when they installed it . i had it about 5yrs and a valve went out and let the freon escape $818.00. good luck if you choose this guy!
