Disgraceful conduct. After being a client, both business and personal, for some 14 years I am appalled by the behaviour of MJA Business. The owner of this business, Melanie Zander gave me terrible advice regarding my car allowance, without checking which car allowance I had. She advised me to instruct my payroll officer to stop having my car allowance taxed, when it was being taxed. This caused me to get a tax bill instead of a tax refund. Very disorganised and unprofessional. When called out on it, they reply “oh well, we have plenty of business already”. If you don’t bring them the “big bucks”, this small time accounting firm will tell you to beat it, hilarious.
They are very professional and well organised
