Very satisfied with the work and the interaction with the staff at the front desk. Work was completed in a timely manner, and changes to the scope of the job were satisfactorily explained. I always leave there feeling that the car has been thoroughly inspected, and is safe for the road. I would recommend Colonial to anyone.
Excellent service
The service department is the worst!! There's no communication when your car is getting serviced, and the people that's suppose to be helping u are ruined, condescending to the customer. This Colonial Hyundia of New London is not about customer service, just selling cars. I recommend u go somewhere where u get the customer service u deserve.
