Took my car. In for a recall. After being there for an hour was told in couldn’t be done because part was on back order. Think they would have checked before setting up the appointment and wasting my time. My appointment was made with a person. I called another dealership and they have the part in stock and will be doing the service in two days. To say the least was not very happy with the service
Drop my car off at 7:45 appointment expecting it to not be ready till later on in the afternoon. Got a call About an hour later, saying that my car was already like that when I picked it up, it was quick and easy process and the inside of the car was vacuumed. I appreciated that scene as it’s snowy and salty and dirt is outside right now in the bottom of my car was not in good condition so thank you very much.
David B was super helpful and attentive. I reached out with little to no resources and he managed to get me in one of my dream cars!!! Head down and ask for David B and he will go above and beyond to get you approved!
Very friendly, professional, and all paperwork waswaiting just to be signed. !!!
