I had great service today on my recalls.
I can not rate this experience in a positive way. My appointment was not necessary due to an over lap email message informing me of the necessity to do so. And, I was told the maintenance check up was done during my last oil change which was 3000 miles earlier. The attendant, Mike, was mechanical and boarder line rude. This the typical experience with him the previous times I have been in to service my car. I usually avoid him and will going forward. Took alot longer than anticipated
I dealt with Mark Norton in service. He went beyond the norm to help me with my issue. Can't thank him enough. Purchased new vehicle from James Kirby. A pleasure to deal with. He went over everything thoroughly and answered everything I asked. A great experience.
