This is a IMPORTANT REVIEW for my PAST EXPERIENCES with COLONIAL CHEVROLET, of New London.On July 22,2025 I had a 10:00 full SYNTHETIC oil change & filter for C8 HTC ...500 mile service..arrived at 9:40 and checked in with the SERVICE ADVISOR which wasn't a IMPRESSIVE EXPERIENCE with GM's HALO SPORTS CAR:( poor accommodations, not offered loaner car, or a beverage and sat in a METAL FOLDING CHAIR...many UNHAPPY CUSTOMERS with LONG WAIT TIMES COMPLAINING out loud! My C8 didn't get on the RACK til 11:00..finished at 12:07..cha... read more
