Everyone was nice, but the problem wasn’t fixed. I bought a brand new 2024 Cadillac XT4 in October. I hear a noise that sounds like it has something to do with the suspension. Though the mechanic heard the noise , too, no one could find anything wrong. I have a brand new car that I paid A LOT of money for and it makes noises. I am not at all happy or satisfied.
