Made appointment for brake bulb change for next day. Mechanic unable to perform task. Hour later gave me my car brake light not working. Horrible service
My experience with Colonial Cadillac on Monday, August 11 was definitely 5 stars! My new navigation system took about two hours to install and everything is now working like a charm. Tim (at the dealership) is a gem to work with and he even worked with me given my budget restrictions and we only fixed what absolutely needed to be fixed on that day. Colonial is a dealership that is not out to overcharge the customer and that is greatly appreciated.
