I brought my Cadillac Lyriq in for it first service, a tire rotation only, then I went to get in my car I noticed that there was an oily hand and finger prints on my center arm rest. So I said something and they quickly cleaned the interior and washed the car but when I arrived home I noticed the driver side door was still covered with oily fingerprints. So I doubt I will return there as the service center works on Cadillac, Chevy , and Hyundai so it’s tough to know if a qualified mechanic will work on my vehicle.
First time using Colonial service dept. Everyone was friendly and knowledgeable. Will definitely be continuing for future needs!
In the beginning of the month I bought a 2017 ATS. I made a deposit to reserve the vehicle I found online, and was told because of that I could not negotiate the price. While I did encounter a small issue with my vehicle after the service, I want to commend the manager for their exceptional support in resolving the matter promptly and professionally. My only area of criticism is regarding the customer service from the initial employees. As a new customer, I found the interaction to be rather cold and impersonal.
