Highly disappointed . Tech was unable to close hood because of new struts installed left hood unlatched in parking lot after disassembling strut( needed elbow grease). Was called 3 times for quotes instead of just showing me them at end of inspection . Also recommended replacing k&n intake filter. This was for a routine oil change. Felt like a scam to make money.
Absolutely incredible service from Colonial. Beena went above and beyond during our entire experience with the service department. We were visiting from out of town and had service performed at another Cadillac dealership where they completely dropped the ball on a shock issue. Beena and her team identified the problem, researched the solution and turned around service work almost over night. Could not have been happier with our experience at this dealership.
