Service department always goes above and beyond to take care of the customer needs.
We have been using this dealership for service many years, long before the name change and have always been happy. This last visit was for our 2025 Cadillac Optiq. I had the tires rotated, but also had an issue with very poor satellite radio reception. I made a point of explaining that I have had over 20 years of experience with Xm radio in some 10 different cars. The service department is very, very helpful. I stopped in just to make an appointment and they took my car right in for a oil change and tire rotation service. It's absolutely wonderful to have a dealership like them in town. The sales department is also very, very nice as well. They answered some of my questions that I had on my 2024 Cadillac.
