Even with a little hiccup on the resorts end of things, Michelle was on the case and took care of everything for us on our first ever family vacation. Definitely will recommend them to any and everyone who needs help planning a vacation.

Our cruise was amazing , Thanks, Princess Cruises ! Our precruise accommodations at Doubletree, made by TA, were horrible. We waited in line to check in for close to 2 hours , TA didn't tell us we could do digital check-in and skip the line. The place was filthy , we were to have a double queen and got a single. The breakfast was supposed to be included. All other cruisers had a breakfast voucher from their TA. We paid 50 for 2 continental breakfasts. It was our 1st cruise and had so many questions. Recently booked cruise and was disappointed that we had to stand in line at our hotel for nearly two hours when we could have had digital check-in . Hotel was very undesirable and because of late check-in we were not able to get affordable evening meal, had to pay for breakfast when we should have had voucher. My sister did most of communication and had to make appointment to speak via phone call. We did have time blocks set up for questions 6 to 8 weeks before departure. Felt like agent's time was very limited.
