We rented from MJ Peterson for two years and, while we had a few problems, none of them would have been such a big deal if the rent hadn't been so high. The minor issues - a warm fridge, a broken air conditioner - were resolved pretty quickly after we moved in, and in fact we got new appliances in the end for each of those.
