Plumber unable to find hot water shut off even though cold water shut off was pointed out. Other: < 6 inches away. Charged extra because he had to deal with repair with water running. Paid and tipped at time of service. Later - billed again.
Doesn't accept semcac assistance for doing things at this time. Very polite service
