When you have repeat customers you should be treated as such. They act like Im a stranger and I have been going there for over a year. They could really clean the shop.

I'm so disappointed lately. The last time I was in to have my nails done I got the basic acrylic fill and nail polish. However, when my nails were finished I was hit with all kinds of charges for things like filing them down to make them the tinniest bit shorter. My bill ended up more than twice as much as it was originally supposed to be! At no time while she was doing my nails did she say she was charging extra for anything. Dirty practices, I stopped going here after noticing that they never clean and sanitize stations between clients. They also do this weird thing of saving used paper towel in canisters under station for later use. I observed this while getting a pedicure. The warm towels appeared very dirty, I have this gross belief that they are not being washed and further being reused after warmed up again on several clients with out washing in between.
