Mike spent about 15 minutes at our house to do his "appraisal". Bottom line is this: I have 2 neighbors with similar homes, in fact one of them is the EXACT floor plan I have. At about the same time they received appraisals and were well in excess of mine. Neither had fully landscaped yards like mine and both sit on smaller lots.
