The low rating has nothing to do with the services provided. I've used this company several times and they do a very thorough job cleaning. The most recent time, they caused electrical damage to my condo by shorting an outlet and it needed to be replaced. When I messaged Claudia about this issue, she was rude and did not take responsibility for the damage. The outlet worked when we left the house, they did not work when we got back.
