I took my glasses to get lenses and it took weeks JUST for them to tell me that there was missing information on my prescription, so I got the right Information and then it took another two weeks, they failed to tell me that I had missing info for two weeks tho:/ few months later I took a pendant in to get a picture put in and they told me 7-10 days to finish and 3 weeks later they call and tell me they never got the picture that I sent over emai... read more
