Called ahead of time. Explained that it would be my son’s first haircut. Also explained that my son has Autism. The fact that my austistic son was just discriminated by the tatted up girl. You would think that as a women, she would show empathy towards our family specially with my special needs son. Instead she completely and unashamedly turned away because she saw him and noticed he was austistic and refused us service. Mind you, before I even came in I called ahead and made her aware of my son’s disability. Shame on her, and SHAME ON THIS BUSINESS
Horrible first experience for my nephew. Very unprofessional and callous. My nephew's nervousness and condition was explained over the phone when we were requesting an appointment. We advised he would sit on his father's lap to keep him comfortable and still. We were told it wouldnt be a problem. Upon arrival amd being new to the experience my nephew was scared and uneasy so he was in tears.
