This shop does not pride themselves on their work nor do they honor their warranties. My husband and I took our vehicle to them a few times. The first couple of times it went ok, they fixed a minor repair the first time and we had all our tires replaced the second time. Even though we had to question if the tires were new because they looked used. He claimed they were new so we gave him the benefit of the doubt. It saddens me to write this review, but I feel compelled to share our frustration and disappointment with our recent call experience at MJ Auto Repair Inc. regarding the customer service I am extremely disappointed by the lack of transparency, professionalism, and accountability. I feel compelled to share this publicly so potential customers are aware that this shop does not value or treat their clients fairly, honor warranties, or properly communicate with its clients.
