Not sure about this company. They came to Collinsville and did several properties and this John guy said that I had a five-year warranty someone else had a 7-year warranty, but apparently it's only a 1-year warranty, I can live with that, and they did an okay job. But what I'm not happy about they guaranteed that I would not have grass growing through this driveway, and I got grass growing all over the place. Not happy
John was a delight to deal with would highly recommend
I used to have Martin do all my driveways on my rental properties now his son john does they installed asphalt on my driveway gave me a damn good deal me and the mrs Couldn’t be happier I have had it for nearly 3 years now not a crack to be seen I imagine I will have him get a seal coat done pretty soon I continue to use them for my asphalt needs I even sent my brother a referral they done a great job for him aswell thanks john your a stand up guy
Horrible job. I pointed out to the man in charge that there wasn't even tar in several places. He said they'd come back in a few days. He has told us in a few days a few times. He has said sick. Holiday. Now he won't answer texts or calls. My drive is so much worse off. They removed the rock layer I had and now it is almost entirely grass. Shady man. Do not use them! Check yelp reviews!! Wish we had seen those first!! Pictures are weeks after chip and seal
M&J paving did chip seal on my drive way. They talked a good game about durability and that it would last 7 year. Two weeks after they completed it, grass is growing up through it and they won’t return my messages. Do your research and have them document everything in a contract. Maybe they do good work but for me it was a waste of money.
