As a property management company this is a complete failure. I was rented out a home with SEVERE roof problems that looked like had been going on for some time. We did not notice the seriousness until our money was taken and we were moved in. We reached out to Brandon multiple times regarding the leaking in the living room and what would be done, he did not care at all.
