Mizuna is one of the few restaurants in town that actually knows the difference between vegetarian and vegan/plant based, and they have solid options for both, plus enough animal based proteins to please the omnivores in the group. Note that most dishes on the menu are NOT strictly "vegan", but if there is a star * on the menu next to the item, it can be made truly vegan.
