I ordered something that I didn't receive & Edgar who claims to be the manager, took my order in error. When I called to resolve he wanted me to pay for the very part that was missing from my order... not good... Is this how you treat customers who opt to use you for business? Not a good practice. I order lots of parts from various companies & this was my first time using Mizumo and my last.. I will not be returning. I can't respect a company that try to get over on their customers.
I was trying to be a repeat client with these guys within a year. Last time I even upgraded and made a larger purchase for better quality. When I talked with the manager, Mike, I was treated poorly. I do not plan to buy anything from these guys again. I also found the same products they offered with a year warranty and was even cheaper in price on ebay.
