I haven't received the product yet but if it is as good as their shipping, I'm going to be very happy. I placed my order around 4PM and later that night I got an email saying the label was created and USPS has received my package, and it will arrive the following day. It will arrive 2 days ahead of the estimated dated.
I ordered something that I didn't receive & Edgar who claims to be the manager, took my order in error. When I called to resolve he wanted me to pay for the very part that was missing from my order... not good... Is this how you treat customers who opt to use you for business? Not a good practice. I order lots of parts from various companies & this was my first time using Mizumo and my last.. I will not be returning. I can't respect a company that try to get over on their customers.
