Hands down, this is the best sushi in Holland. Complete with sashimi, nigiri, and custom rolls! Decent space inside, too.
They have the sweetest soy sauce I've ever had, the rice is also sweetened, and the rolls are a bit looser than I prefer. But service, price and taste are all excellent.
After being seated, my fiancée and I waited 15 minutes for someone to even take a drink order. We watched a group of servers stand in the back talking as we waited. We eventually got up and left.
The food we had was very good. Really enjoyed the toro and hamachi. Spider roll was also very good with a generous portion of crab. A few issues with service on opening day. Manager was accommodating.
Waited over an hour for to-go order. Never delivered portion of food. Refunded us for a partial order. Food mediocre, at best. Will definitely give it another go after they've been open a bit.
