It breaks my heart to write because this was my families favorite restaurant for years. Been here twice in the last month. Both times soda was flat. I guess they don’t want to change the CO2. Serves most treat you like a nuisance. Today my husband ordered a beer and the cup that came with it was beyond filthy. When we shooed it to the waitress she snatched out of his hand rolled her eyes and walked away. Sodas were flat, lettuce in the salad was rotten, restaurant was empty and the service was terribly slow.
Food was delicious, everything was served quickly, at first it was fine then we felt like we were being rushed out the door. I asked for more sauce. never got more.. Girl screamed at waitress in front of us. not very professional.
Took my granddaughter she had a blast! The hibachi chef was fun & the meal was great.
I normally enjoy my experience at Mizu so I’d still recommend them. My experience today was, however, terrible. We were one of two tables in the restaurant. The entire meal time was spent trying to kill the flies that were circling us. It took 20 minutes to get hot tea and once we got it one of the flies commuted suicide in it. The staff was loudly arguing all through dinner. Service was very poor and some didn’t wear masks.
