Mediocre food, terrible customer service. NOONE delivers where I live except for Mizu, so we have been ordering from them 1-2 times per month for the last year. It has gotten progressively worse with each experience. They ALWAYS act like answering the phone/taking your order is a major inconvenience. My husband and I had our first date here over 5 years ago and have been eating here ever since! Always treat us like family, highly recommend.
Very fast delivery. Food was decent. Staff friendly
I just did delivery. I knew it was not the best, but not many options around here. After tonight, I will drive to Hiram before ordering from here. The food took over an hour and they estimated 20 minutes. They were so rude and acted like I was inconveniencing them by placing an order.
You guys SUCK. Bad food, slow service and rude customer service. Terrible. I’ll post this on ALLLLL LOCAL PAULDING restaurant review pages.

We used to order delivery from them a few times a month. However, the service kept getting progressively worse. Eventually, they began acting like taking our business was an inconvenience. Their prices are way too expensive for what is run of the mill Chinese food.
