It was a great atmosphere, you can tell the owners and managers really care about your experience. According to our server, our food was taking longer than expected for perfection but honestly we didn’t notice how long it was. We started off our meal with the spicy edamame, steamed pork buns and my partner got a few types of sushi rolls while I got the teriyaki salmon bowl. That bowl was pure perfection, salmon was so flaky and moist. Apologies were not necessary on the time it took!
Every time I come to Denver on business, Mizu is a must for me!
