The customer service was absolutely great. The facility is very safe and very clean. I rate this place a 10 out of 10. Marshall, who is a gentleman that took care of me, displayed excellent customer service and paid great attention to details. I had the bottom of the boat painted. He made sure that everything was done according to my satisfaction. Another great thing is that they allowed me to do some of my own service on the boat while it was there getting the bottom painted. In short, this is a predatory business. I am writing this review as the daughter of a former Mizner Marina customer. My dad's lease was finalized with Mizner Marina on Dec 31,2024 at 12:01 AM. We arrived at the Marina Jan 1,2025 at 7AM and let them know via text that we would be happy to pay for the additional 6 hours they kept the boat. Upon arrival the boat had lock on it and we could not take it. We reached out to someone from the marina stating we had arrived and they were not responsive.
