I tried going through this law firm a few years ago. Mr Mizner assured me I had a case. Once things got moving he suddenly decided I didn’t have a case. My case was against both big hospitals in Erie. I’m pretty sure they paid him off so that he wouldn’t go after them. I walked around for 10 days with a massively herniated disc in my back because both hospitals refused to do any kind of imagining on me.
