During my nearly three-year stay at Mizner Court, I found the community itself to be quite lovely. I never had a single complaint and on-time rent payment record. However, I did have some less-than-pleasant experiences with the property management, particularly with Lincoln Management. I have been living at Mizner Court over 2 years. This is one of the nice communties around this area. Recently i have to move to different unit and Megan Helped me with the transition. Most of the problems will be solved with in a day. You wont find better parking in any other community. its a good experience for me.
I've been living at Mizner Court apartments over 9 years, and I have to say, I've had the best customer service from the office staff (hats off to Megan, Iris, and all the excellent staff), the maintenance is the best I've experienced anywhere - all problems resolved within 24 hours, and the apartments are much larger than most others I've looked at. The landscaping is mature and well kept, the parking is great, with plenty of spaces for guests. Love it! I'm looking forward to renewing my lease!
Be smart and do your homework before renting here or at ANY Greystar community. Greystar will scam you any way possible. First, do not opt for the Sure Deposit they try to talk you into at leasing. It’s a scam – you pay $89 up front, and they will nickel and dime you for everything when you move out. I lived here for a little over one year, from November 2015 to February 2017. I recently moved into the apartment and I have been very satisfied since. The employees at the office are all wonderful, the apartment is great, I get to have my animals, and all this for a great price! Any issues I've had regarding maintenance has been resolved in less than 24 hours. Talk about great customer service. I am very happy here.
I love the staff but sometimes the garbage service picks and chooses when they want to take the garbage .. and then will leave cat litter all over the deck. But over all never had a problem feel very safe in here
