I certainly would have used words like straightforward, honest, and professional until I needed my unit repaired after having a brand new inside/outside unit installed a little over a year ago, and it is definitely still under warranty. Scott came to my house and was super professional. Worked around my schedule. Didn’t charge me anything to simply show up and have a look at my air ducts. He completed the repairs within an hour and the price was so good I almost felt bad writing that check. I heard about them via word of mouth and now I know why. No nonsense. Honest work. No crazy sales pitch. Absolutely will use them again if needed and will be recommending to anyone in need of AC/heating system service. Great job!
