i just bought this car two weeks ago. had a new mirror put on a painted. dropped car off and what do i see? a broken side mirror w/ paint chipped. when i asked the old lady inside what happened she looked clueless and didn’t take responsibility for the damage that occurred on their parking lot. Quick service! Rob was awesome!!
Charged me over $300 just to tell me they won't repair my bumper. They did no work. I don't mind paying them a fair price for the assessment they did do, but all they did is remove the headlight and look at the car. They found a spot of rust and said they couldn't fix the car. It does not take 3 hours to remove the headlight and put it back. Absolutely scammed me out of $300
