This office has some incompetent staff members. One would assume that when you call the front desk, that person has access to see and schedule appointments. But no, it seems like they have someone call back after taking down your information and insurance info, and pass it along it for someone else to call you and schedule the appointment. Have yet to receive a call back to schedule that appointment. IF THERE WAS NOT A STATUTE OF LIMITATIONS, I WOULD FILE A LAWSUIT AGAINST THIS PRACTICE. This is based on my experience and friends who have used Dr. Mizzel who have had the same issue. My mother took me to Dr. Mizell when I was still a minor almost 10 years ago. She told my mother that my silver fillings needed to be replaced. There was no reason for this, as all of my other silver fillings are still going strong 15+ years later. She removed and replaced all silver fillings on the top portion of my mouth, 4 to be exact.
