Horrible experience starting with a simple blood draw 47 years no problems great veins till visiting this place. Then I needed to be seen 2 days after emergency room visit and he says he's to busy can't make 5-10 minutes of his time. When I went to emergency room they had no problem blood . Scheduled a visit at urgent care they did blood draw also no problem and they did what I needed no problems!
Dr. Kathleen Taylor, the doctor that you are!!! We’ve seen all providers at Miyoco, and while they are all good, Dr. Taylor is fantastic and left a lasting impression. Her bedside manner is by far the best we’ve had of any pediatrician. She was able to connect with my tween son and make him feel extremely comfortable by being relatable and allowing him to advocate for his own concerns by talking to him directly and not just through me. When you call, they definitely leave you waiting for a long time, as if they want you to hang up. The service is terrible. I haven't made an appointment because if the service over the phone was terrible, I can't imagine doing it in person.
you sign up for a specific time and date. and then you wait from 30 to 90 minutes until you are brought into the office, then you wait another half hour for the doctor to come. it is not clear why you need to sign up at all because it is easier for them to make a live queue in such a case.
