RecommendedThis is seriously my favorite place in Castle Rock to eat! The food is amazing, I haven’t had anything that I didn’t love. The owners are the sweetest, kindest, most welcoming people you’ll ever meet! If you need a recommendation, get the bacon breakfast burrito smothered in green chili.
All the food and coffee drinks I’ve had here are tasty! Great service! What I love most is that the owners are always there and engaging with customers!

If you want to start your day out right you need to order something from Miyo’s My husband and I like everything on the menu but one of our favorites is the Stuffed Breakfast Burrito (we enjoy the bacon & sausage) smothered in Miyo’s excellent Green Chili. If you want something that makes you feel real Good this is it and a Cafe that is always full of Smiles and a Warm Welcome. Curtis & Michele

Miyo’s cafe is a locally owned breakfast and lunch gem. Everything is made fresh while you wait. Great omelets, egg dishes, salads, smoothies and sandwiches.. They are a friendly neighborhood establishment that makes you feel right at home. Nothing better than a Saturday morning brunch AT Miyos in beautiful CPV.
