Customer service never gets back to me. I've emailed 4 times. I just want to become an instructor. My in-person class was cancelled. I'm asking to take the online training at the same price I paid for in-person on Black Friday, which I think is reasonable. I already paid for the lifetime membership but can't use it. I have an opportunity to teach locally, but I can't because of the lack of communication. When I was a Zumba instructor, I could easily talk to someone on the phone and felt supported. I am very disappointed and would not recommend signing up. Even though I did join the instructor program because I did love it so much when I got introduced to it, the company is a let down. I was aware of them taking money out of my account monthly for the program however after a few months I needed to cancel my membership. I did the right thing by sending a email to cancel along with calling and no one has gotten back with me. I sent this back in 2024 and they are still taking money out of my account in 2025.
