We actually just popped onto Mixture to take a look and check out the menu and ingredients buffet in person because we fell completely in love with Chopt in VA over the summer. What I can say is that there were 2 diners enjoying quite substantially sized salads, so portions appear to be adequate for a full meal portion. The inside of the store was clean, and there was a staff person cleaning an area that had what I believe was a sink and cutlery area. It's a nice, clean restaurant. There are not many options for vegetarians. Portions are quite small for the price, but the atmosphere is good. It is a self-service restaurant.

It was my first time there. I ordered through Doordash. Got the salad that you customize. Organic mixed greens, carrots, scallions, avocado, quinoa, olive oil, and cucumber. On the smaller size. Think a salad at the grocery store. It's a personal salad. The olive oil fell to the bottom of the bowl when I poured it in. It was a delicious salad. I ordered the crispy cauliflower. Communicating with the staff can sometimes be a little difficult but the portions are larger and the prices are higher to match. The food itself is always good, no complaints.
