If I could rate this farm a zero, I would. I have visited this farm during my last trip to FL and I am appalled and disgusted to learn that Mixon is hosting the Loomis/Franzen Bros Circus on their property in the coming weeks. For a company that touts itself on "family" and "fun"-\-\they clearly have not done their research on what this circus is all about. Free hugs and smiles every visit...of course the oranges are great as well, and the fudge, and the Cubans, and the great Florida gifts to send back home to family, and watching the children play in the new park or walking the garden path, yes you should come see for yourself!!!

I am in full support of local farms selling their produce, educating children what the process is of taking care of crops etc. HOWEVER- it is disheartening to hear you are in support and are having the Loomis Brothers circus at your location!! By your doing such you are showing your support of animal abuse and animal abusers. Are you aware of all the USDA violations??? There is NOTHING EDUCATIONAL ABOUT A CURCUS!! THERE IS NOTHING FUN ABOUT A CIRCUS!!!
Please do not let Loomis Brothers Circus perform at your establishment. They are known to abuse their animals they have in captivity. Is this what you want the children of this generation to pass on? Let's work together and put a stop to animal abuse. Animals are not suppose to be used as entertainment to fill the pockets with money. Where is the compassion, humanity, and love for God's creation? Please cancel these shows that are scheduled!
