My mother was schedule for hair styling a week before appointment. When she arrive receptionist doesn't have any idea what kind of service should be done. Person who style my mother hair was same person who wash her hair with no or very limited experience with styling. No manager on hand . My mother was extremely not happy. My wife and my mother no longer will use this salon. We will let all our friends know about our experience !!!!!
