This place is horrible very expensive. They don’t care about your pets. Our medication for the last two months have been delayed for seven days or more but yet they expect their money right away. They take advantage of people because they love their pets.
I have had great service at my local MixLab — the people who work there are professional, knowledgeable, and kind. The people I talk to on the phone when I order are also great; in addition, they offer a discount on the purchase of more than one item which is very helpful. Thanks to all of them. I highly recommend MixLab.

I'm giving this a three star review for a few reasons. First and foremost their communication was disappointing. I was trying to get a 10 day supply of the FIP medication as I awaited my chewy order so I could get the ball rolling on my cats care. I received a text earlier in the day that the antiviral would be ready between 2pm and 4pm. 410pm rolled around and still no indication that the medicine was ready.
