Decent experience overall, but the staff was not personable at all. They made my wife and me feel like we were imposing on them just by asking questions. What really frustrated us was that during the same visit we were told twice that if our cat didn’t like the food due to the taste, we would receive 30% off the second order. Our cat unfortunately hates the taste, and when we came back we were told there was nothing they could do and we had to pay full price. That felt very misleading and disappointing. This place is horrible very expensive. They don’t care about your pets. Our medication for the last two months have been delayed for seven days or more but yet they expect their money right away. They take advantage of people because they love their pets.
I have had great service at my local MixLab — the people who work there are professional, knowledgeable, and kind. The people I talk to on the phone when I order are also great; in addition, they offer a discount on the purchase of more than one item which is very helpful. Thanks to all of them. I highly recommend MixLab.
