Mix Lab product was OK but I switched to another pharmacy that charges 1/3 the price for the same prescription. And the new pharmacy is nice enough to tell me that the medication should be refrigerated and they dispense 2 times the amount as MixLab and still 1/3 the price.
I’ve never experienced so much effort from a company to try to help me find solutions for my problem. My three year old cat Mia was diagnosed with heart failure. I need to give her several meds twice a day. She’s very difficult to medicate and Mixlab has really done such great job to help me at this very difficult time. I’ve spoken to pharmacists as well as many customer service reps and each and every time they were so warm and kind.
Great service and a superior product. They formulate meds that my cat takes easily. Win/win - kitty thinks he’s getting a treat and looks forward to med time.
Love Mixed Lab! Always willing to go above and beyond to make sure my pups get their meds medications on time. Very friendly and easy to work with! Highly recommend.
