Easy and convenient! A lot of updates.
Mixlab has terrific and caring customer services. Their reps are knowledgeable and compassionate. Recently, they shipped an emergency refill for my cat’s prescription after it turned out that the shipper completely lost an earlier shipment.
Mixlab is a wonderful company. Every message, every mailing, and every package is warm, upbeat, personalized, and HUMAN. A lot of companies could learn from Mixlab's excellent customer service, communications, and culture.
I’m shocked on how fast I received this order. I think I got my cat’s medicine in 48 hours. I’m so glad that my Vet signed up for this service. The pills were packed in cotton! So no damage in transport!! I recently had a terrible experience with Chewy where I signed up for auto ship, but couldn’t get the vet written prescription. But chewy kept charging me for the medicine but never fulfilled the order. And refused to refund me. Bye Chewy. PS. I really need the one pint lactulose solution!!
