First time placing an order and delivery has been delayed. My bird's vet visit was on Saturday. Placed an order for her anti-nausea medication Sunday night. Chose Tuesday for delivery. Delayed to Thursday, today. She started to vomit again yesterday and it irritates her crop. I see you're based in Hollywood. We live in Boynton Beach. I don't understand the delay for medication that's crucial. I would have drove to pick it up instead.
5 days and my dogs medication has yet to even be shipped. Creating a shipping label is NOT “shipped”. Do not offer Overnight delivery if after 5 days you fail to even get the medication to a UPS/FED EX etc. I’m appalled a companies slogan is “a pharmacy humans are jealous of”.
Called to get some cat kidney food for my stage 4 cat and this pharmacy has nothing instock for cats. To owner, stock life saving cat medical food very unprofessional.

Horrendous experience. Prescription was sent in by my vet on a Tuesday. Was told I would receive the medicine within 24-48 hours. I reached out after 48 hours and heard nothing. After 72 hours I was told the medicine would be overnighted on Friday to be received the following Monday- I asked to cancel the order as my dog needed medicine now and they refused. If you need medication for your dog, do not go this route
