I highly recommend Mixlab if your pet needs medication. They are very quick, kind and knowledgeable on the phone and on email. Our cat recently needed a medication and I was put at ease with the help of a Mixlab pharmacist. They have good pricing, fast shipping and an excellent website to keep track of your orders. I highly recommend Mixlab over other mail order pet pharmacies.
Picked up medication for my girlfriend’s dog and she had a question for the pharmacist which had a terrible attitude. I get not everyone has great days but this is like the third time I’ve met her and her attitude is terrible. Really should consider getting her some customer service training. Disappointed because I like the company but her not so much!
While visiting Miami, our pup had some awful post vaccination injection pain. We stumbled across the folks at Mixlab. The sweetest team in the world. Our vet sent over a script late in the day and they were able to fill it. Not only did it have an instant positive effect on our pup, my wife was equally happy!
This is a great company to deal with. Besides personnel being polite, considerate, and friendly, they are professional and want to give their customers a quick response. I recently spoke with Heather who listened to my concerns and I was happy that my pet’s medication would soon be delivered without further notification by me.
