Young women and people of color are severely and disproportionately discriminated against here. 4 young black so men rented a property from them and the turn over for repairs was ATROCIOUS! This real estate company is a SCAM. Nate Monson was my landlord from 2024-2025 and all went well, up until it came time to end my lease. Nate Monson reassured us in April of 2025 that my roommates and I will receive our security deposits back, but when May came, he stopped responding to all calls and texts. NATE MONSON IS A CROOK!!!! MIUCCIO ARE CROOKS!!!!! This man ghosted me and my other three roommates when it was time to return our security deposit back. We have always been so communicative with Nate and he usually is on top of his replies back to us.
