Mitzy is great she always listens.
Mitzy was 20 minutes late bringing me back to her office. She talked so quiet that I had to ask her to repeat herself many times. She asked me some questions then asked what i wanted. I don't know, I'm not the Dr. I came to you to help me with my mental health which you didn't. And she also made me feel like that my mental illness isn't real and that I wasted her time. 1 star is probably too many.
I liked the doc but it’s frustrating that I couldn’t see in person I still think something wrong she is good at what she’s doing
If I could give this zero stars I would. She is the least personable person I’ve ever met. She does NOT listen to your needs and concerns. She judges you and treats you with disrespect every time you ask for help. I recommend no one go to her. She has denied me my medications on multiple instances and refuses to give reason why. She does not refill my medication in a timely manner nor does she give a reason as to why. Seriously- do not go to her for help.
