My mothers appointment today was not communicated with us. If i didnt finally unlock her patient portal, we would of missed it. We get to the infusion center, only to be told that her chemotherapy was changed and that Megan notified us. Which she didn't,. Not to mention i had to call the office 5 times before someone answered to be told i was rude because I was asking too many questions.
