I have never received such wonderful care as I did from the doctors and nurses during my hospital stay. The nurses were kind and caring every minute of the day, and really cared about how I was feeling. I was made comfortable during my recovery period.
Mitzi was pleasant and very patient with me. She listened well and addressed each of my concerns individually. She was thorough in her explanation of steps I needed to take to move forward.
Went in for a wellness Medicare check. I felt like she should have at least checked my heart and ask me more generalized health questions. It has become very difficult to actually see Dr. Gordon, who has been my physician for many many years Within a reasonable timeframe for an appointment. I feel the staff is very relaxed on taking care of refills when prescriptions are requested. I have Meds By Mail champ VA. They do not call me doctor for refills as a regular pharmacist does.
