When their products break, good luck getting parts. You can order parts, but they may never ship. We ordered new backs for our chairs 6 months ago (they break over time) – four months ahead of an event we needed the parts for. The original arrival date was one month after the order. They require 100% prepayment on all parts orders. The order has been delayed multiple times with no explanation other than "supply chain issues". They have been sitting on our funds now for half a year and we have nothing to show for it.

WORST PLACE TO WORK. they literally are the worst, have the worst management and worst bosses. THEY DO EVERYTHING TO TAKE YOU OUT when they do not need you. PLUS THEY DO NOT PAY FOR ANYTHING IF YOU HURT YOUR HANDS OR ANY PART OF THE BODY. DO NOT WORK HERE. DO NOT BUY IN HERE.
