When their products break, good luck getting parts. They will take payment for parts, but they may never ship. We ordered new backs for our chairs 6 months ago (they break over time) – four months ahead of an event we needed the parts for. The original arrival date was one month after the order. They require 100% prepayment on all parts orders. The order has been delayed multiple times with no explanation other than "supply chain issues".
