If I could leave negative stars, I would. The West Palm office is overcrowded, highly inefficient, and essentially incompetent. The eye exam was fine (that was actually done in the Jupiter office where they really know what they are doing), bur the eyewear that I purchased had the wrong prescription (they were blurry from the get go), and I was told to "wear them a few days to see if you get used to the blurryness". Yea, right. So I took them home as instructed, only to have to have one of the lenses fall right out... read more
