Great company- communication is always important. We had siding repair from wind/weather damage.
Mitten & Company was dispatched to my home via my HOA to address an ongoing issue with my roof. The third company to be sent out. Not only did their identify the issues that the other companies could not, but he fixed them promptly and efficiently. Would highly recommend Mitten & Company for any repairs and maintenance needs.
UPDATE- we are having active leaks that are getting worse with each rain. I have added a few pics. They have not fixed this new roof yet. Until this roof comes off and it is done right i stand behind what im saying. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR A NEW ROOF!!! This company is my HOA’s contractor but I have used them for personal jobs on our property as well. They have done a ton of work on our building and a few jobs for us personally. They are very professional and do excellent work in a timely manner
