Very poor service! They charge you for lab work every visit.
Waited for Dr. 45 minutes in cold room with shoes and socks off. No apology, didn’t talk to me talked into his laptop and then talked down to me referring me to a Urologist for tests and return in 3 months for labs. Desk clerk ignored me and wouldn’t make follow-up appointment. 2 relatives see him but I don’t know why - I sure will not.
Maybe the best clinic in town but I sat in the waiting room for 1.5 hours a never saw a doctor. This appointment was scheduled 2 months in advance. Poor scheduling.
I love this facility. The staff is polite, concerned about their patients, respect the privacy of their patients, and my doctor (Dr. Mittal) is very generous and listens to me and makes sure that I am properly taken care of. This is the best office to attend concerning my kidneys. I will continue to be apart of the Mittal Kidney and Dialysis Family. Thank You All for the care that I received these few years.
Today I am very disappointed in the staff at my Dr’s office. I have been seeing my dr for years and I would hate to leave all because of his staff. I saw him two weeks ago and he was sending a authorization for a CT. I called the office twice this week and was told someone is working on it. That means nothing has been done yet.
