From start to finish, our cat Bibble was treated like the VIP he is. Keith and Monica were lovely and helped our cat feel relaxed and comfortable during his vaccination process.
Our labrador recently had an operation for a torn ACL on her back leg. The level of care and professionalism shown by Dr Keith and the surgeon Dr Chris was outstanding. Our dog is recovering super well. Thanks to all involved.
We honestly can’t thank Keith enough for the incredible care he continues to give our two boxers. He’s always been so kind, gentle, and patient with them both, but this weekend he went above and beyond—coming in on a Sunday to redress Marley’s leg after his cast came off. Marley has been through a lot, including cancer and skin graft surgeries, and Keith has been with us every step of the way. Keith is a kind, caring, highly experienced vet. He and his team are a pleasure to deal with. Our puppy Milly responds well to Keith's calm nature (as did we when she was rushed in having eaten some of her toy!). I highly recommend Keith and his team.
Dr Keith has wonderful empathy with our dogs and was calm and constructive when checking our ‘Porsha’ recently when she appeared to be extremely unwell. Fortunately, Dr Keith’s prognosis was accurate and Porsha is making a strong, if unexpected, recovery. Absolutely recommend Dr Keith and all the staff at Mittagong Vet Hospital.
