Amazing customer service from the reception desk! I just walked in for some help with my hearing aids. Super helpful young woman, didn't even charge for changing my filters. I'll definitely be back for other services!
What pleasant professional person!!
On each occasion I have brought my son (under 3yrs) to Mittagong Audiology the experience has been such a pleasant one. From the lovely man on the front desk to Natalie who have just been wonderful to deal with. My son is very compliant and willing to be examined etc and this is directly the result of Natalie’s patient and gentle approach. The appointment never feels rushed and the positive experience has been consistently the same each time. Thank you Natalie and team.
