It was the only place in Houston that had the part we were looking for. The gentleman was quick and courteous. He found the part we needed right away. He even let us borrow a tool to change up the part in the parking lot.
Crooks ! I'm sure the other positive review here was from the actual business owner. All his other reviews all over the internet are negative. Very crooked business. Guy name Wade lied to me and sold me a defective power seat track. He was specifically asked 3 times to make sure the power seat motors worked before shipping. He swore up and down they would be checked before sending the seat track out. Seat track arrives and I have my mechanic install it in the car. This used auto parts store in Houston is truly a wonderful place to get any auto parts for your car and trucks. I came here a few times and they always managed to get whatever I need and the prices are incredible. Good people and excellent customer service.
Horrible customer service had the lady on the phone hang up the phone on mid sentence. Will not help you out if you need any. Avoid this place. They do not care about there customers.
It's really rude to hang up on a customer. Really need better customer service. I called looking for a part. I told the rude lady what I needed and she said "oh no no no" and hung up on me.
