As a loyalty customer I came into the dealership considering a trade. Rueben was pleasant, knowledgeable and not disuaded by my ineptitude for technology and cars, in general. He was patient and thourough, as he explained car features and set up my phone to car service. Rueben is the polar opposite of the untoward stereotypical reputation, car salesman have. Through out all of my paranoia of things happening in the background and me barging into the office several, I was treated respectfully and professionally. With how slow the DOL can sometimes move i let my judgement get the best of me and start asking questions. Luckily the manager and staff have a very good paper trail and reassured me everything was going smoothly. Would recommend. Levi is also a great low pressure salesperson
Dan Amesbury sold me a 1965 Ford Mustang, super polite and enthusiastic. He never gave me the 'sales' pitch he just answered questions i had, let me test drive it and never pressured me or tried to finesse me. We had very smooth texts back and forth over a few days getting everything together and when it came time to buy it was quick and painless. Most professional and respectful salesman ive dealt with and he was excited to just see me in a dream car of mine!
Ruben took great care of me and Zaid from finance was a gem as well! The Arrotta team really knows what they are doing and they aren’t pushy. 5 stars!
