We had such an awesome experience shopping for a car here. Chase, our salesman did such an amazing job finding us the right car for our budget. Even took extra time teaching us about the newer features in today's car. Would recommend him to anyone looking for a new car for a great deal. If I could give zero stars I would. Purchased my car Presidents’ Day weekend and greatly wish I could have brought my business elsewhere. The customer service I received was over promised and highly under delivered. Purchased my car with negotiations on new tires, floor mats & was promised detailing as Arrotta’s only had the car on the lot for a few hours before it was purchased.
