Friday 9:55AM (Mitsubishi office working hours): nobody picks up the phone in Marcham office. Answering machine only, and one of them "answered" that Mitsubishi Electric Headquarters Office is closed during working hours (???). Does somebody work there?
I bought a Mitsubishi Zuba, 8 years later the coil cracked. No warranty... Cost of repair 5000$ ... No, I don't recommend it.

Tried contacting all of the local dealers listed on their website to get two complete heat pump systems for my house and my mother's and none of them responded. I then sent a complaint about that to this main company once again through their website and still have not received any response. I'm not sure how a business can run if they never respond to any correspondence.
